Get your estimate and advice from a master craftsman

Our co-owner, Clay Gadekar, is also our estimator and lead installer. There’s a big advantage to you when someone with Clay’s experience and integrity combines all three roles. There won’t be any confusion between the person measuring your windows and the person who does the installation. And you know the owner will stand behind the quote and installation.

In most cases, Clay only needs to be at your home for 20 minutes to measure your windows and doors. But he’ll stay as long as you wish, so he can answer YOUR questions about which products are right for your home. 

Unless you have special requests, we’ll almost always send your estimate the next business day. If you choose CMG, our other co-owner (and Clay’s wife), Echo McIntyre, will answer any follow-up questions and schedule your installation. 

Clay has installed thousands of windows in the Seattle area. He builds custom cabinets and furniture as a hobby – and loves the challenge of custom window and door remodels. But he brings the same focus and craftsmanship to every installation, no matter the scope of the project.

Clay doesn’t have x-ray vision, but he does have a master installer’s sense of whether there might be a problem under your window trim or inside your walls. And if you want to change the size, configuration or style of a window, you want a skilled craftsman like Clay to assess what’s necessary and give you a realistic quote about how to do it right . . . the first time.
