As the Installed Sales Manager for a major "Big Box Retailer" here in the Puget Sound for over 13 years, I have seen the work of many contractors who say "we can do windows." Typically I find a "general" contractor who thinks they can do windows, or perhaps has done them once or twice and has the ability to sell anything regardless of what the outcome is, then move on down the road, changing their business name as the bad jobs catch up to them. Having an old historic home in Snohomish, when it was time to replace a non-working window we really wanted to try to find an old wooden sash we would be able to “re-use”. After spending far too much time in a futile effort, I called Clay. He came the next day, measured everything and returned within two weeks to install our new attic window – which now opens! He was quick and efficient and did an amazing job!

CMG did a great job with our 8-townhome project, taking time to help us understand the variety of options, design considerations, and specifics of the installation process. They did a lovely job, completing the work on-time and within our budget constraints. The new windows are a much appreciated, lasting improvement!

I can’t say enough good things about CMG! Clay came out to measure our previous windows and really worked with our schedule to find a time that was best for us. We received our estimate (and all communication) timely, concise, professional and just very friendly! I have a 4 month old baby and an anxious dog at home, and the days of installation, Clay asked about my babies sleep schedule and which windows to avoid during typical nap times. He made sure to give plenty of notice so that I could move my dog from room to room to keep her nerves down. He really put us and our needs first. And on top of all of that, our windows are gorgeous! We couldn’t be happier. We have and will continue to recommend this company to all our friends and family!
